* Beratung und Weiterentwicklung des Moduls SAP HCM innerhalb der Kernprozesse sowie Systemanpassungen mittels Customizing
 * Maßgebliche Mitarbeit an SAP HCM Projekten (Fit-Gap-Analyse, Beratung, Konzeption, Implementierung etc.) mit perspektivischer Übernahme einer Teilprojektleitung
 * Umfassende Analyse der eingesetzten SAP HCM Lösung sowie Darstellung und Bewertung technischer Alternativen im Bereich Personalsysteme
 * Beratung der Fachbereiche in SAP HCM Fragestellungen sowie Unterstützung im 2nd / 3rd Level Support und Durchführung von SAP HCM Anwenderschulungen
