## About the Role

* Higher technical and/or commercial education (HAK, HTL, FH, Uni)
 * At least 3 years of professional experience in the fields of hardware and/or software
 * A sound understanding of and keen interest in intralogistics processes and related software, as well as in IT infrastructure and software in general
 * Independent, responsible and reliable working style
 * Very good knowledge of English, other foreign languages are an advantage

Digitalization and IT Specialist (M/F/D)*

In this role, you will act as an IT infrastructure, software and digitalisation expert during the sales phase, supporting our internal sales organisation. If you have a structured approach to work and in-depth IT knowledge, we look forward to receiving your application.

What you'll be handling:

 * Support in reviewing the logistics software to be implemented to ensure that all necessary logistics and material flow processes are supported
 * Creation of quotation templates, product descriptions and presentations for IT infrastructure, logistics software, services and digitalisation in collaboration with product management
 * Support in calculating IT infrastructure, logistics software and services for quotations
 * Establishment of templates and standards relating to IT hardware and software services, including internal processes
 * Collaboration with the Information Security department with regard to the hardware and software used in customer projects
