Are you a hands-on Oracle Integration leader who thrives on solving complex challenges while building high-performing teams? We're looking for an Oracle Cloud Integration Development Manager to play a pivotal role in a major Oracle Cloud transformation programme-leading the design, build, and delivery of integrations across a complex enterprise landscape. This isn't a traditional management role. You'll co-lead a critical integration workstream, working side-by-side with an existing Integration Team Lead-sharing ownership, influencing direction, and driving delivery outcomes together.
