## About the Role

* Familiarity with cloud services and platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure
 * Experience with source code management systems such as GitHub, Bitbucket, or GitLab
 * Basic knowledge of Linux-based operating systems and a willingness to expand technical expertise
 * Exposure to containerization technologies, including Docker
 * Understanding of cloud and DevOps security concepts, including access controls, secrets management, and least privilege principles
 * Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI is preferred
 * Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation is preferred
 * Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

## Description

ResponsibilitiesSupport the design, deployment, and operation of secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and DevOps platforms powering Moody's products.

 * Drive adoption of serverless architectures and container-based platforms to modernize applications and improve delivery efficiency
 * Implement Infrastructure as Code and Policy as Code practices to improve consistency, governance, and compliance across cloud environments
 * Build and maintain secure, scalable continuous integration and continuous deployment infrastructure that enables efficient software delivery
 * Monitor and optimize Amazon Web Services resource utilization to balance reliability, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
 * Administer software-as-a-service development tools and platforms to support secure and productive engineering workflows
 * Collaborate with engineering teams to improve operational excellence, automation, and platform reliability
 * Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues while contributing to documentation and knowledge sharing across teams
 * Evaluate emerging technologies, services, and industry best practices to enhance developer productivity, security, and scalability
