Business Services environmentDeep knowledge of procurement, accounts payable and the end-to-end PTP processExperience supporting ERP implementations or finance transformation programmesStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change without direct authorityA genuine process improvement mindsetIdeal:Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or another tier 1 ERPExposure to AP automation platforms such as Basware, Kofax or TipaltiLean Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement backgroundExperience within a private equity-backed or acquisitive organisationACCA, CIMA or CIPS qualification Why this roleThere is no global procurement framework in place today, so this is a genuine build. Real influence over procurement strategy, supplier governance and automation, and a direct role in the Group's global NetSuite implementation. Success here comes from influencing rather than managing: stakeholder management and change leadership matter as much as the
process design itself, particularly in balancing global consistency against local business needs.
