## About the Role

* Previous experience as an IT Project Manager, Digital Project Manager or similar role, ideally within eCommerce, retail, luxury or customer-facing digital environments.
 * Solid understanding of digital ecosystems and eCommerce platforms, including integrations with CRM, OMS, Payments, Logistics or similar systems.
 * Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
 * Proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented mindset, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 * Experience with Jira and Confluence.
 * Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) would be a strong advantage.
 * Fluent English is required; French would be a plus.

## Description

Your role will be:

 * Lead the IT delivery of digital and omnichannel projects, ensuring quality, efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
 * Partner closely with Business Omnichannel teams to define requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
 * Coordinate project activities across multiple IT teams, ensuring dependencies, timelines and risks are effectively managed.
 * Oversee the evolution and continuous improvement of LOEWE's eCommerce ecosystem, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud and its connected platforms.
 * Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring high-quality delivery and operational excellence.
 * Promote best practices in IT architecture, performance, security, scalability and process automation.
 * Support Agile ways of working by contributing to backlog management, prioritization, testing and delivery planning.
 * Monitor project and product performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvements.
 * Ensure comprehensive documentation, governance and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
 * Stay informed about emerging technologies and digital trends, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the business.
