product enhancement opportunities, and turn them into actionable recommendations for Keepit's Product team.WHAT YOU BRINGRequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.6+ years in sales engineering, solutions consulting, technical pre-sales, partner engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.3+ years supporting channel partners (MSPs, GSIs, distributors, resellers, or strategic alliances).Proven ability to lead technical discovery, solution positioning, demos, and architecture discussions with both business and technical audiences.Fluency in German and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders from technical practitioners to partner leadership.Willingness to travel approximately 30-50% as required.PreferredExperience in SaaS backup and recovery, cloud data protection, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, compliance, or
