 * Interesse an CRM-Systemen (Salesforce), agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) und internationalen Projekten
 * Erste Erfahrungen mit Azure DevOps (ADO) und Salesforce sind von Vorteil
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus
 * Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.

## Description

* Unterstützung der Product Owner beim globalen Rollout unseres CRM-Systems auf Basis von Salesforce sowie bei der Qualitätssicherung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Rollout-Prozesse
 * Mitarbeit an der Integration innovativer Technologien, insbesondere bei der Einführung von KI-Lösungen zur Optimierung unserer Vertriebsprozesse
 * Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Gestaltung einer mobilen Version unseres CRM-Systems zur Verbesserung der Nutzerfreundlichkeit für unsere Vertriebsteams
 * Mitarbeit in einem agilen Team mit Fokus auf Backlog-Management, Sprint-Planung und Aufgabenverfolgung in Azure DevOps (ADO)
 * Unterstützung bei der Anforderungsanalyse, User Story-Erstellung und Definition von Akzeptanzkriterien im Scrum-Prozess
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Schulungs- und Kommunikationsmaterialien sowie Koordination und Abstimmung mit internationalen Teams im agilen Projektumfeld.
