 - Stakeholder-Management: Du kommunizierst auf Augenhöhe mit Product Ownern, Architekten und dem Management, um den Mehrwert und ROI von Automatisierungs- und KI-Initiativen transparent zu machen. ## Dein Profil - Ausbildung: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes IT-Studium oder IT-Ausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung im Enterprise-Umfeld.
 - Expertise in Testautomatisierung: Du bist ein ausgewiesener Experte (m/w/d) für Testautomatisierung mit langjähriger Erfahrung im Aufbau von Frameworks.
 - Consultancy-Mindset: Du besitzt eine stark ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz und Empathie für Projektteams sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln (Train-the-Trainer-Ansatz).
 - Technologisches Fundament: Sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse in Java sowie ein tiefes Verständnis von modernen IT-Architekturen und CI/CD-Pipelines.
 - Tool-Spezialist (Code & Codeless): Du beherrschst gängige code-basierte Tools (wie Selenium, Playwright, etc.) im Schlaf. Gute Kenntnisse in Tricentis Tosca (und dem dazugehörigen modellbasierten Testansatz) sind ein großes Plus.
 - Affinität zu KI-Themen: Du bringst ein großes Interesse an KI-gestützten QA-Tools und -Methoden mit und hast Lust, innovative Ansätze (wie generative KI für Testdaten oder autonome Testfallerstellung) im Unternehmen zu pilotieren.
 - Problemlöser-Mentalität: "Out-of-the-Box"-Denken und die Leidenschaft, sich tief in komplexe, festgefahrene Tool-Herausforderungen hineinzuwachsen.
 - Sprachen: Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Beratung unserer diversen Projektteams.
