* Konzeption und Realisierung komplexer Systeme durch Integration von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
 * Installation und Konfiguration von vernetzten IT-Systemen oder lokalen Einzelplatzsystemen
 * Planung und Umsetzung strukturierter Netzwerkverkabelung in Kupfer und LWL
 * Inbetriebnahme von Client-, Server-, Netzwerk- und Telekommunikationssystemen
 * Systematische Störungsbehebung durch den Einsatz von Diagnosesystemen
 * Ausarbeitung und Präsentation von Systemlösungen
 * Fachliche Beratung, Betreuung und Schulung von Kunden und Nutzern
 * Sicherstellung von IT Security Richtlinien
 * Pflege und Wartung verschiedener Betriebssysteme
