## Description

* Gesamtverantwortung für den Delivery-Produktbereich - von der Idee bis zum operativen Impact
 * Aktive Mitwirkung an bereichsübergreifenden Strategie- und Change-Initiativen als Vertreter:in des Delivery-Bereichs
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Operations, Regional Logistics, Warehousing, HR/Schichtplanung, Finance/SCM und Compliance, um Produkt- und Prozessentscheidungen abgestimmt zu treffen
 * Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer innovativen Vision für den Auslieferungsprozess im Einklang mit der Unternehmensstrategie
 * Aufbau und Steuerung einer Domänen-Roadmap über die Delivery-Entwicklungsteams hinweg, inklusive Priorisierung, Abhängigkeiten und Kapazitätsplanung
 * Eigenverantwortliches Handeln sowie direktes Reporting von Projekten an den Director of Engineering
 * Fachliche Führung von derzeit zwei (teilweise dezentralen) Entwicklungsteams
 * Disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung der dir unterstellten Team Leads und Product Owner
