* Beratung der Fachbereiche bei der Optimierung von Vertriebs-, Service- und Kundenprozessen auf Basis der Salesforce-Plattform
 * Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen und Übersetzung in technische Lösungskonzepte
 * Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung von Salesforce Sales Cloud und Service Cloud
 * Steuerung und Begleitung von Implementierungs- und Transformationsprojekten
 * Durchführung von Workshops mit Stakeholdern aus Vertrieb, Service und IT
 * Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards durch Testing, Dokumentation und Governance
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams sowie externen Dienstleistern
