 * Verbuchung aller debitorischen Zahlungseingänge
 * Erstellung von Kontoübersichten, Kontenklärung mit Mietern / Klärung von Reklamationen
 * Kontaktieren von Mietern mit Mietaußenständen
 * Stammdatenpflege und Vorbereitung monatlicher Lastschrifteinzug
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit/Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter auf unseren deutschlandweiten Sirius Business Parks
 * Unterstützung beim Monatsabschluss, regelmäßige Erstellung von Berichten für Banken und die Geschäftsführung
