* Mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung als (Senior) DevOps Cloud Engineer.
 * Einschlägige Erfahrung in Design, Aufbau und Verwaltung von Public-Cloud-Infrastrukturen (AWS, GCP oder Azure).
 * Tiefgehende Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Automatisierung und CI/CD (z. B. GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
 * Routinierter Einsatz von Infrastructure as Code (IaC) und Konfigurationsmanagement (Terraform, OpenTofu, CloudFormation, Ansible).
 * Praktische Erfahrung im produktiven Betrieb von Docker und Kubernetes.
 * Fundiertes Wissen im Setup von Überwachungs- und Alarmierungslösungen (Grafana, Prometheus).
 * Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Cloud-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen (Firewalls, Verschlüsselung, Zugriffskontrollen).
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Wünschenswert (Nice-to-Haves)

 * Cloud Zertifzierung wie z.B. AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate oder Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
 * Erfahrung mit Programmiersprachen (Bash, Python, Go, etc.)
 * FinOps (Cost Optimization): Erfahrung mit Cloud-Kostenanalyse und -optimierung (z. B. mit Tools wie Kubecost, AWS Cost Explorer, CloudHealth) sowie dem Etablieren einer kostenbewussten Kultur im Dev-Team
 * DevSecOps & Compliance as Code: Tiefgehendes Verständnis von automatisierten Security-Scans in der Pipeline (SAST/DAST, Container-Scanning mit Trivy/Grype) sowie Policy Enforcement (z. B. Open Policy Agent / Kyverno).
 * Platform Engineering Mindset: Erfahrung beim Aufbau von Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) (z. B. mit Backstage), um den Entwicklerteams Self-Service-Infrastruktur bereitzustellen.
