* Strong Python skills with experience in backend systems, data pipelines, workflow automation, or internal tooling
 * Hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications using LLMs, AI agents, and modern AI APIs.
 * Solid understanding of SQL, databases, and data modeling concepts
 * Experience with Git and writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
 * Familiarity with workflow orchestration and general data engineering concepts
 * Understanding of containerization and cloud environments, such as Docker or AWS, is a plus
 * Ability to thrive in a fast-evolving environment and adapt to changing technologies and business requirements.
 * Structured and thoughtful approach to problem-solving with attention to maintainability and scalability
 * Comfortable collaborating with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
 * Strong communication skills and fluent English

## Description

* Work closely with analysts, stakeholders, and engineers to design, build, and improve modeled data workflows.
 * Build and maintain backend services, data pipelines, AI agents, and workflow orchestration systems.
 * Standardize and consolidate fragmented workflows and standalone tools into a centralized platform.
 * Support, maintain, and continuously improve production-grade internal tools and workflows.
 * Contribute to platform architecture, operational reliability, and the continuous automation and optimization of analytical workflows.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate evolving business and analyst/researcher requirements into practical technical solutions.
