 * On-site, * Durchführung von IMAC-Aufgaben (Install, Move, Add, Change).
 * Bearbeitung von Break-Fix-Anfragen für Desktops, Laptops, Drucker und Peripheriegeräte.
 * Bereitstellung von Onsite-Support für Hardware, Software und geschäftliche Anwendungen.

Unterstützung der Fertigung / Shopfloor

 * Support für Handhelds, robuste Geräte, Laptops, Scanner und andere shopfloor-spezifische Technologien.

Datenmanagement & Migrationssupport

 * Durchführung von Datenerfassungs- und Sicherungsaktivitäten für Systemmigrationen und eDiscovery.

Systemeinrichtung & -konfiguration

 * Staging, Aufbau und Imaging von Endanwendersystemen mit dem Standard-Corporate-Image (eCore).
 * Sicherstellung korrekter Konfiguration und ordnungsgemäßer Übergabe an die Benutzer.
