 * Gute Deutschkenntnisse auf C1 Niveau, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
 * Teamfähigkeit und zuverlässige Zusammenarbeit

## Description

* Bearbeitung und Pflege von Supportfällen im Ticketsystem Jira
 * Unterstützung von Anwendern bei technischen Fragen und Störungen im Onsite Support
 * Auslieferung, Einrichtung und Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme verschiedener IT Geräte
 * Durchführung von Fehleranalysen sowie Unterstützung bei der Lösungsfindung
 * Installation und Konfiguration von Windows Endgeräten und Standardsoftware
 * Unterstützung bei Hardware Themen wie Arbeitsplatzgeräten und Peripherie
 * Dokumentation von Supportvorgängen und Pflege relevanter Daten im IT System
 * Unterstützung bestehender Teams bei Urlaubs und Krankheitsvertretungen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und Ansprechpartnern beim Kunden
