 * Hybrid, * IT-Support: Sie leisten qualifizierten IT-Support per Telefon, E-Mail, Remote-Zugriff und vor Ort, um unseren Anwendern bei IT-Problemen und Störungen zu helfen.
 * Ticketbearbeitung: Sie bearbeiten eigenständig Tickets (Service Requests) im Rahmen des 1st-Level-Supports und übernehmen gegebenenfalls Aufgaben im 2nd-Level-Support.
 * Benutzerbetreuung: Sie stehen Anwendern bei IT-Fragen beratend zur Seite und finden effiziente Lösungen.
 * Dokumentation: Alle durchgeführten Maßnahmen und Vorgänge dokumentieren Sie präzise in unserem hauseigenen CRM-System.
