As an Automation Lead, you will play a critical role in operating and troubleshooting our system, working closely with the Equipment Engineer to optimize performance and minimize downtime. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
