* Experience with modern .NET, Angular (not AngularJS), and preferably, experience using AI in a software development context.
 * They must be willing and able to relocate to Phoenix if they are not already in the area BEFORE the contract start. I sent one candidate yesterday. Relocation assistance is not offered by the client.
