Join our Meta Store Retail team as we bring Smart Wearables and Meta Quest mixed reality experiences to life! As a Senior Experience Expert, you are focused on creating the best in-store customer experience through immersive, hands-on demos of AR & VR products and educating customers. You will be the lead person on all large-scale events. You will train new hires in collaboration with the Retail Manager. Our ideal candidate is a tech-savvy leader with high attention to detail, exemplary communication skills, natural problem-solving abilities, and must have completely open and flexible availability., * High School Diploma or equivalent * 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail * Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling * Familiar with AR/VR technology, * Extremely strong interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal & on camera * Ability to leverage advanced customer service & industry-related experience to train team members * Must be results and detail-oriented * Must be extremely tech-savvy and passionate about technology * Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener * High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Able to work well both in a team environment * Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time * Flexible availability; available to work weekends Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
