## Description

* Collaborate with the system vendor and identified departments on core system updates.
 * Serve as a resource to staff by maintaining servers and implementing core updates in a timely manner to ensure DCCU continues to be relevant and sustainable.
 * Take initiative by reviewing release documentation and researching possible impacts on employees and members.
 * Provide process improvement ideas to IT Management to create efficiencies.
 * Partner with members of IT management to ensure comprehension of system updates and regulatory changes.
 * Conduct testing on release and regulatory updates to ensure they work as expected.
 * Communicate with vendors and employees to provide needed preparation to allow staff to continue to be effective.
 * Primary resource for the core platform Failover, AIX updates, IBM Microcode updates and Release management.
