AI / GenAI / RAG * Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents. * Hands-on experience building Graph RAG solutions. * Hands-on experience with Agentic RAG / Agentic AI architectures. * Experience designing AI agents that can reason, retrieve information, use tools, and execute actions. * Strong understanding of retrieval pipelines, embeddings, vector search, knowledge graphs, context management, and prompt engineering. * Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise applications and data sources. AI Frameworks & Technologies * Hands-on experience with LangGraph for building agentic workflows. * Strong experience with LangChain and its components for LLM/RAG application development. * Experience with Neo4j and knowledge graph concepts. * Experience designing graph-based retrieval and reasoning workflows. * Experience working with APIs and integrating AI services with enterprise platforms. Minium Experience: 12 years of developement experience ## Description We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong AI/GenAI expertise to design, develop, and implement innovative ServiceNow solutions that combine the ServiceNow platform with modern AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, Now Assist, AI agents, Graph RAG, Agentic RAG, LangGraph, LangChain, and Neo4j, along with strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript.
