 * Demonstrated proficiency in CCaaS, CPaaS, and AI-powered customer experience architectures.
 * Current industry-recognized certification in Collaboration (e.g., CCIE Collaboration).

 - SME Recognition: Demonstrated expertise as a subject matter expert in cross-functional forums, with a proven track record of providing strategic guidance on complex technical initiatives.

 - Public Speaking and Communication: Exceptional ability to distill intricate concepts into compelling presentations for diverse audiences, ranging from executive stakeholders to technical engineering teams.

 - Platform Integration Expertise: Advanced experience integrating complex technology ecosystems - including CRM platforms, vertical/industry-specific applications, and emerging AI interoperability frameworks (e.g., MCP, A2A) - to streamline data workflows and enable seamless cross-platform intelligence.

 - Collaborative Leadership: Proven aptitude for fostering cross-departmental synergy, with a history of mentoring junior team members and driving consensus in high-stakes project environments.

 - Strategic Analytical Thinking: Strong capacity for data-driven decision-making, utilizing advanced analytical tools to identify market trends and implement process improvements that directly impact bottom-line efficiency.
