 * Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities to bridge technical and business language.
 * A proactive leader who can inspire cross-functional teams.
 * Key Soft Skills:
 * Strong negotiation and influencing skills to advocate for innovative solutions.
 * Strategic thinking to architect groundbreaking technologies that align with business goals.

## Description

As the Chief Architect, you will lead the architectural vision for our Services and Digital (SVD) product portfolio in Electrification, Automation & Digital (EAD) division. Your expertise will guide technology direction, ensuring our solutions are scalable and aligned with our long-term business goals. Collaborating with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders, you will transform complex requirements into sustainable architectural blueprints.

You will establish standards and best practices, integrating cross-product capabilities like cloud-native applications, web APIs, data analytics, mobile solutions, and UI/UX. Your influence in strategic decision-making will involve evaluating emerging technologies and mentoring technical teams to foster a culture of excellence.

The position is locally based and we do not offer remote positions. See selected locations down at the bottom.

 * Lead cross-product technology strategies to deliver customer value and achieve business goals.
 * Oversee architectural governance, making informed technology decisions and addressing legal considerations.
