* Al menos 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo SAP ABAP.
 * Sólidos conocimientos en ABAP orientado a objetos (OO).
 * Experiencia en SAP HCM.
 * Capacidad para analizar requerimientos y traducirlos en soluciones técnicas eficientes.
 * Experiencia en mantenimiento y desarrollo de programas, informes, interfaces y mejoras dentro del entorno SAP.
 * Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo.
 * Proactividad, capacidad de análisis y orientación a la resolución de problemas.
