 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Active Directory, DNS, DHCP sowie idealerweise mit Exchange-, Citrix- und SQL-Server-Umgebungen
 * Strukturierte, selbstständige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
 * Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen an unsere Standorte und Baustellen

 * Be an early applicant, * Administration und Weiterentwicklung der LAN-, WAN- und WLAN-Infrastruktur an mehreren Standorten und Rechenzentren
 * Betreuung und Optimierung der Firewall- und SD-WAN-Umgebung
 * Administration der Windows-Domäne sowie der Serverlandschaft (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der virtualisierten Serverinfrastruktur
 * Verwaltung und Optimierung der Exchange-, Citrix- und SQL-Server-Umgebung
 * Administration und Überwachung der eingesetzten Storage-Lösungen
 * Planung, Ausbau und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur
 * Mitarbeit an der IT-Betriebsdokumentation sowie an Informationssicherheitsrichtlinien und dem ISMS
 * Koordination und Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, beispielsweise Multi-Faktor-Authentifizierung, Security-Awareness-Kampagnen oder Phishing-Simulationen
 * Sicherstellung eines professionellen 2nd-Level-Supports für Mitarbeitende und Fachbereiche
 * Steuerung und Koordination externer IT-Dienstleister sowie Supportpartner
