The environment is structured, stable, and long-term focused, with strong investment in cloud transformation, HR digitalisation, and employee development. This is explicitly an in-house HR IT role, not a consulting or client delivery position. We are hiring across Senior Consultant through to Principal Consultant level, depending on experience and seniority. About the Role We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a strong focus on Employee Central (EC) to join the internal Digital HR / HR IT team. In this role, you will take ownership of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central within a complex enterprise HR landscape, contributing across the full system lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through to configuration, testing, deployment, and optimisation. You will work closely with internal HR stakeholders, HR IT colleagues, and technical integration teams to deliver scalable, high-quality HR solutions that support long-term business needs.
