This role is focused on customer endpoint protection deployments, fine-tuning policy enforcement, threat detection, and response.Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy, configure, integrate and support Fortinet endpoint security solutionsBasic troubleshooting on the core Fortinet productsConfigure endpoint agents, fine-tune security policies, monitor endpoint alerts for IOCsTrain customers on security event response playbooks, notifications, and remediationTune endpoint security policies to improve threat detectionIntegrate endpoint solutions with other standards-based technologies including ADS, SAML, MFA TokensProvide technical guidance, documentation, and best-practice recommendationsSupport upgrades, configuration audits, and ongoing endpoint
