 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Virtualisierungsumgebung auf Basis von VMware
 * Erstellung von Ausfallberichten sowie Durchführung technischer Analysen
 * Operative Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister und Systemlieferanten
 * Entwicklung von Handlungsempfehlungen und Konzepten für neue Technologien und IT-Methoden
 * Erstellung, Pflege und Überprüfung von IT-Systemdokumentationen
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im 1st-, 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
 * Administration und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur
