## About the Role

Core front-end technologies

 * React + TypeScript + Tailwind CSS
 * State management (Zustand, Redux Toolkit, or similar)
 * Experience with micro-frontends or federated module architectures
 * Component-driven architecture and documentation (Storybook or similar)
 * API integration (REST/GraphQL)

Required Experience

 * 5+ years in UI/UX engineering, design systems, or front-end architecture
 * Proven experience of delivering UI portals/webapps with large user base.
 * Expertise creating and scaling component libraries

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

 * Next.js (App Router, server components, SSR, rendering strategies)
 * Prior work with identity frameworks (SSO, OAuth2, SAML)
 * Experience of real time apps using (Websockets/socket.io or similar)
