Evaluate training solutions, engineering tools, processes, digital solutions, and technical training to meet requirements. * Act as training focal point for all technical processes and manuals aligned to the discipline area, ensuring technical excellence and technical compliance to be used in Program and Proposal Development. * Develop discipline training framework and technical content to enable a prepared and high performing work force.
