Need to have solid communication skills. Must have solid product owner experience like: Building out product road maps, product features & stories. Experience conducting discovery sessions. Capturing requirements and building them into product roadmaps. Conducting stakeholder and business interview sessions & usability sessions. Must be able to create documents and PPTs for leadership and stakeholders. Experience with whiteboarding and ideation sessions. The ServiceNow experience is a big plus and candidates with this experience will be picked up first. If they have ServiceNow experience, they must have experience implementing ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules. Not looking for users, need to have business transformation project experience implementing SNOW into the business. If they do not have SNOW experience, then the resources must have experience working as a Product Owner with business transformation projects, which can also be Salesforce. CSPO certification is a plus.
