Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Ektron, UpperStrata, or Drupal CMS platforms. * Knowledge of: * WCF/SOAP services * IBM DataPower * API and integration troubleshooting * Jira Service Management, PagerDuty, or ServiceNow * Experience with modern DevOps and cloud technologies such as Azure, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or ArgoCD. * Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, or New Relic. ## Description We're seeking a Web Technology Manager to lead the support, stability, and evolution of our enterprise web platforms. This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for production operations, release management, application support, and modernization initiatives across customer-facing digital experiences. You will partner closely with Product Owners, Architects, Development, QA, and DevOps teams while serving as a key technical leader for mission-critical applications. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong .NET professional who enjoys solving complex production challenges, mentoring teams, and driving modernization efforts using Vue.js and modern web technologies.
