The ideal candidate is proficient in Workday EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and BIRT., Workday Consultants need skills in Communication, Time Management, Organisation, Problem Solving, and Technology. Self-motivated, highly organized individual with the ability to prioritize independently while demonstrating a sense of urgency. Ability to exercise confidentiality, tact and independent judgment in the performance of duties. Ability to manage change effectively, always mindful of technology, business processes and systems implications. ## Description 3 to 5 years of Demonstrated experience in the implementation and maintenance of Workday EIB Inbound/Outbound Integrations, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio. Lead implementation projects with a team of consultants Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and ultimately drive requirements sign-off Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions Create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs Develop, test and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management Secondary Skills Ability to multi-task effectively Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices. Lead and participate in integration design and requirement workshops, integration build, integration unit testing, end to end testing, deploy, and post-production support activities. Demonstrated critical thinking and analytic skills required. Stay up to date on Workday releases and updates and recommend changes or enhancements to improve system efficiency. Participate in project planning and execution to ensure that Workday solutions are delivered successfully.
