 * Extensive experience with MS Dynamics, MS Azure, and application support
 * Strong API experience
 * Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills

## Description

This role provides application development and integration services supporting enterprise Dynamics 365 platforms. Responsibilities include the design, maintenance, development, and enhancement of business applications, executed within a structured systems engineering methodology. Assignments cover the full lifecycle of application releases, updates, and modifications, with a focus on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
As a Programmer Analyst, this person will both perform hands-on work and lead a team through project tasks - gathering requirements, planning, analysis, design, testing, implementation, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
What You'll Do

 * Design and document technical architecture solutions spanning multiple platforms, including integration and authentication across systems
 * Define, communicate, and manage technical change management (release) processes for Dynamics 365 technology efforts
 * Identify risks and issues from a technical perspective
 * Perform analysis and requirements gathering with customers
 * Prepare detailed written instructions, documentation, and technical reports/presentations
 * Resolve complex problems in a timely manner, seeking optimum solutions
 * Troubleshoot application issues under pressure in a high-stress environment
 * Communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience
