Preferred Qualifications * Experience designing AI-powered or AI-assisted applications. * Experience with conversational UX, AI co-pilots, or intelligent workflow applications. * Familiarity with Generative AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Co-pilot, Claude, or Gemini. * Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG). * Experience with analytics platforms and A/B testing. * Experience designing consumer-facing (B2C) digital products. ## Description We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior UX/Product Designer to lead the design of modern customer-facing digital experiences across web, mobile, and AI-powered applications. This is for a hands-on design leader passionate about creating intuitive, scalable, and engaging user experiences. We are looking for someone with extensive B2C application experience rather than B2B experience. This is a local role in Dallas. The ideal candidate has a strong product mindset, excels in solving complex user problems, and has experience designing modern consumer-facing digital products. This role will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders to define and deliver exceptional digital experiences that drive customer engagement and business growth.
