## About the Role

Do you have experience in Team management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 10+ years of experience in product management or product ownership within SaaS environments

 * 5+ years of experience leading or managing Product Owners or product teams
 * 5+ years of Property and Casualty insurance experience
 * Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management
 * Ability to translate complex regulatory or insurance workflows into scalable software solutions
 * Proven ability to balance long-term strategy with near-term execution
 * Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills - able to influence technical and non-technical teams
 * Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform product decisions
 * Experience working with analytics and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, product analytics platforms)
 * Bachelor's degree or comparable industry experience
 * Willingness to travel 1-2 times per quarter as needed

## Description

As the Senior Manager of Product Owners for PK1Cloud, you will lead and scale a high performing team responsible for delivering innovative SaaS solutions to the insurance industry. This is a strategic leadership role with direct influence over product direction, execution excellence, and cross-functional alignment., * Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Product Owners responsible for PK1Cloud applications and future initiatives.

 * Defining and enforcing best practices for backlog management, roadmap planning, sprint execution, and stakeholder communication.
 * Partnering closely with Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to align product initiatives with company strategy and revenue goals.
 * Translating strategic objectives into clear product roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and prioritized feature delivery.
 * Driving customer centric product development by incorporating client feedback, industry trends, and regulatory changes into product planning.
 * Establishing KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance, adoption, retention, and operational efficiency.
 * Facilitating quarterly and annual product planning processes.
 * Improving cross-functional workflows to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
 * Serving as the escalation point for complex product decisions and prioritization conflicts.
 * Fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across the product organization.
