## About the Role

* Strong Okta IAM experience.
 * Hands-on experience with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM.
 * Experience with SSO, MFA, Adaptive MFA, and Conditional Access.
 * Strong knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP.
 * Experience with identity federation, user lifecycle management, and application provisioning.
 * Experience integrating web and mobile applications with Okta.
 * Cloud and on-premises application integration experience.

Experience

 * Enterprise IAM architecture and implementation experience.
 * Experience leading Okta implementations and AD/LDAP-to-Okta migrations.
 * Strong troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Education:

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

## Description

* Lead the design and implementation of Okta IAM solutions across customer web and mobile environments.
 * Integrate cloud and on-premises applications with Okta for centralized authentication and authorization.
 * Lead migrations from Active Directory (AD)/LDAP to Okta, including user lifecycle management and identity federation.
 * Configure and manage SSO, MFA, Adaptive MFA, and Conditional Access policies.
 * Partner with application, security, infrastructure, and development teams to deliver secure IAM solutions.
 * Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, federation, and provisioning issues.
