## Description

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur;
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software;
 * Einrichtung, Verwaltung und Support von PCs, Notebooks, Druckern, mobilen Endgeräten und weiterer IT-Hardware;
 * Administration von Benutzerkonten, Zugriffsrechten und IT-Arbeitsplätzen;
 * Betreuung und Optimierung der Netzwerk- und Serverlandschaft;
 * Analyse und Behebung von Hard-, Software- und Netzwerkstörungen (First- und Second-Level-Support);
 * Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern sowie schrittweise Übernahme bisher ausgelagerter IT-Aufgaben;
 * Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten sowie der Einführung neuer Hard- und Softwarelösungen;
 * Mitwirkung bei der IT-Sicherheit, Datensicherung und Dokumentation der IT-Systeme.
