 * Mehrjährige (5+) Erfahrung mit Umgang mit Matrix42 ESM Anpassungen und Efecte (Core, Pro), zusätzliche Kenntnisse in Empirum, EgoSecure und Efecte sind ein großes Plus
 * Know-how mit MS-SQL, PowerShell, JavaScript, Matrix42 UUX, Matrix42 Workflow Studio und Anbindungen über REST-APIs
 * Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
 * Persönlich gefallen uns besonders deine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie deine ausgeprägte Kommunikationssicherheit und Lösungsorientierung.

## Description

* Als Expert:in übernimmst du die individuelle und umfassende Beratung des Kunden und bist von der Anforderungsanalyse und Präsentation von maßgeschneiderten Lösungen über die Erstellung von Aufwandsschätzungen bis hin zur Kundenschulung verantwortlich.
 * In diesem Rahmen nimmst du technische Kundenanfragen entgegen, erarbeitest daraus die konkreten Anforderungen und installierst und konfigurierst die Matrix42 Lösungen.
 * Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unseren Kunden und deinen Kolleg:innen zusammen z.B. bei der Prozessberatung und technischen Umsetzung für den optimalen Einsatz von Service Desk, Asset Management, Service Catalog und ggf. Contract Management/License Management.
 * Mit deinem Fachwissen erstellst du Schnittstellen zu diversen Systemen (über SQL oder REST-API) und bindest das System an die beim Kunden vorhandene IT-Infrastruktur an.
 * Darüber hinaus bist du für die Erstellung von Workflows für Prozess-Unterstützung und Automatisierung zuständig.
