Nutze agile Methoden und modernes Projektmanagement, um gemeinsam im Team die Zukunft von EDEKA mitzugestalten. ## Was solltest du dafür mitbringen? - Begeisterung für Digitalisierung, Technik und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge - du willst verstehen, wie beides zusammenwirkt.

 - (Fach-)Abitur mit guten bis sehr guten Ergebnissen, besonders in Mathematik und Deutsch
 - Du kannst dich auf Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift ausdrücken (Niveau B2 - Nachweis nicht zwingend erforderlich) - z. B. um Dokus zu lesen, in Meetings mitzudiskutieren oder Ergebnisse vorzustellen.
 - Erste Berührung mit Programmieren oder Daten ist ein Plus - aber kein Muss.
 - Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Freude an Kommunikation und daran, Dinge verständlich zu erklären.
 - Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit, Eigenorganisation und Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
 - Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Kommunikationsmitteln (z. B. MS Office, Online-Tools).
