Einfühlungsvermögen, * Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder Wirtschaftspsychologie sowie mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Scrum Master oder eine vergleichbare Qualifkation.

 * Du hast bereits fundierte Erfahrung als Scrum Master oder Agile Coach in (Software-)Projekten gesammelt. Eine Zertifizierung (z.B. PSM I/II oder CSM) ist ein Plus.
 * Du beherrschst die Methodik nach Scrum, hast ein tiefes Verständnis für agile Werte und bist sicher in der Moderation von Workshops und Nutzung agiler Metriken (Velocity, Burndown), um Fortschritte sichtbar zu machen.
 * Der Umgang mit Jira und Confluence ist für dich Alltag.
 * Du bist empathisch, kommunikationsstark und hast ein Gespür für Gruppendynamik und Konfliktlösung.
 * Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau) und über gute Englischkenntnisse (B2-Niveau).

 * Du räumst Hindernisse (Impediments) proaktiv aus dem Weg.
