 * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit sowie s
trukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

## Description

Als Teamleiter Prozessplanung Montage (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die fachliche und personelle Führung eines Teams sowie die proaktive Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung standardisierter und automatisierter Prozesse für Arbeitsplanerstellung und dazugehöriger Prozesse.

Ihre weiteren Aufgaben:

 * Mitarbeit bei der Festlegung von Fertigungsstandards & -alternativen in Absprache mit den Fachabteilungen und Production Engineering
 * Verantwortung für die optimale Ressourcennutzung resp. Einsatz
 * Frühzeitige Erkennung und Einleitung von Eskalationen inklusive der Überwachung und Verfolgung von Aktionsplänen sowie Moderation der Eskalationsrunde
 * Fachtechnische Unterstützung der Konstruktion/Entwicklung
 * Mitwirkung bei der Investitions- und Budgetplanung WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
