## Description

Um unsere IT-Infrastruktur weiterzuentwickeln und einen reibungslosen Betrieb sicherzustellen, suchen wir ab sofort einen IT-Koordinator (m/w/d), der unsere digitale Landschaft verantwortungsvoll betreut und optimiert, und dabei insbesondere folgende Aufgaben ausübt:

 * Koordination zwischen der IT-Abteilung von ic! berlin, unseren Kunden und Lieferanten
 * Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur (Netzwerke, Firewalls, Cybersecurity, Rechenzentrum)
 * Verwaltung und Support für WiFi, LAN, Drucker und Zugriffskontrollen
 * Management aller Anwendungen in der ic! berlin Systemlandschaft (mit Unterstützung durch Marcolin IT)
 * 1st-Level-Support für SAP, CyberPlan und Prisma (Optiker-System im Flagship Store)
 * Betreuung der Microsoft 365 Umgebung
