 * Unterstützung der Teams bei der Übernahme von mehr Eigenverantwortung sowie kontinuierlicher Entwicklung von Zusammenarbeit und Lernkultur
 * Du begleitest die Einführung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Arbeitsweisen
 * Durch Transparenz, offenen Austausch und kontinuierliche Verbesserung stärkst du die Zusammenarbeit zwischen IT und Fachbereichen
