## Description

Als Teil unserer SAP Prozess & Technologie Consulting an unseren Standorten in Deutschland leitest du anspruchsvolle SAP Business Transformationen bei nationalen und internationalen Kund:innen. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für komplexe Programme und Projekte, gestaltest zukunftsfähige Geschäftsprozesse und verbindest strategische Beratung mit erfolgreicher Umsetzung.

 * Leitung internationaler SAP Business Transformation Programme und Projekte von der Strategie über das Design bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
 * Steuerung komplexer SAP S/4HANA Transformationen über mehrere Länder, Geschäftsbereiche und Projektteams hinweg
 * Beratung von Mandant:innen bei der Optimierung, Standardisierung und Digitalisierung von End-to-End-Prozessen in Bereichen wie Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Order to Cash und Source to Pay
 * Gemeinsame Entwicklung von tragfähigen Zielbildern, Roadmaps und Umsetzungsmodellen zu SAP Line-of-Business-Lösungen
 * Übernahme einer Führungsverantwortung, Entwicklung von Projektteams und Einsatz von Transformationsmethodiken wie SAP Activate, PMI oder PRINCE2, * Agil: Du bist der Meinung, dass eine flexible Denkweise genauso wichtig für den Erfolg ist wie Wissen und Fähigkeiten.
