Werde IT Service Desk Agent (m/w/d) bei einem Experten für clevere IT-Services und Lösungen. Das Unternehmen glänzt mit Managed Services, moderner IT-Infrastruktur und Systemintegration. Mit seinem breiten Angebot unterstützt es Kunden bei der Verbesserung und Pflege ihrer IT-Systeme., * nimmst Anfragen über verschiedene Kanäle entgegen und bearbeitest diese nach standardisierten Prozessen

 * erstellst und löst Tickets in der First Line unter Einhaltung von definierten SLAs
 * führst Passwort-Resets und Useradministration in verschiedenen Systemen durch
 * analysierst einfache Störungen und leitest komplexe Fälle an Fachabteilungen weiter
 * betreust Kunden bei Hardware- und Softwarefragen
 * arbeitest im Schichtsystem mit möglichen Startzeiten zwischen 07:00 und 09:00 Uhr
