## Description

* Betreuung und Wartung des ERP und weiteren IT-Systemen wie CRM, Dokumentenmanagementsystem und PIM
 * 1st- und 2nd-Level Support für die Systeme
 * Annahme und direkte Unterstützung von Anfragen der Benutzer
 * Testen neuer Prozesse und Funktionen der einzelnen Applikationen
 * Organisation und Schulung der User betreffend Änderungen und Neuerungen
 * Artikelstammdatenpflege im ERP und PIM
 * Unterstützung in IT-Projekten der Einführung eines neues CRM-Systems
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Key Usern und der Gruppen IT in der Schweiz
