## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field required
 * 5+ years of IT management experience, preferably in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense environments
 * Demonstrated understanding of CMMC/NIST cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance
 * Proven experience managing infrastructure, cloud environments, and network security
 * Familiarity with DoD CMMC compliance and NIST framework
 * Strong track record in strategic planning, budgeting, and vendor management
 * Excellent project management and people leadership skills
 * Ability to travel up to 25% to support remote operations or partner sites
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels
 * This position requires either a US Person or a non-US Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization

Desired Skills:

 * Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, or hybrid environments
 * Prior leadership in a multi-site or manufacturing environment

## Description

* Oversee all IT functions, including infrastructure, servers, networking, cybersecurity, business applications, laptops/desktops, printers, and telecommunications
 * Ensure compliance with CMMC, NIST 800-171, and other applicable defense-industry cybersecurity frameworks
 * Develop and maintain the organization's IT roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives
 * Lead and mentor a small IT team, fostering collaboration and accountability
 * Manage relationships with third-party IT vendors and service providers, ensuring high-quality delivery and value
 * Oversee project execution for all technology initiatives, upgrades, and integrations
 * Maintain and improve systems reliability, data integrity, and business continuity
 * Provide executive-level visibility into IT performance, risks, and opportunities
 * Establish and maintain IT policies, standards, and governance procedures
 * Support end users with efficient, customer-focused service
 * Compliance with Quality Management System procedures
